First Mother's Day

My first Mother's Day was pretty great!  Saturday we headed to my parent's house for dinner.  Tucker tried out the swing in the back yard.  Yes, he is backwards in it, but he enjoyed it=)
We took his jumper and he put on quite the show for everyone.  He has got some ups!
Everyone wanted to hold him and kiss those big cheeks of his.  Aunt Sara just couldn't resist!
My Aunt Debbie even got in on the action.
Tucker was ready to go by the time my mom got him.  Sorry mom!  He sure loves his Grandma though!  He loves being at her house and playing with her.  I love my mom and am so grateful for her!  She has done a great job at raising us 4 kids and she is an amazing grandma to her 5 grand babies!  We are seriously so lucky!
Tucker and me on my first mother's day.
James, Tucker and I surprised our moms at work on Friday morning with flowers and they just ate it right up!  I also made my mom this "Grandma's Sweet Treats" candy jar.  Thanks Pinterest!
James was just messing around with the camera and actually got some cute shots of Tucker.

My cute Grandpa right before we left said, "Do you think it would be possible if I held him before you left?"  SO CUTE!  Tucker is a big boy so I thought he might be too heavy for my grandpa, but he did great.  I love my grandpa so much and I know he misses my grandma greatly!  We all do!
Then on Sunday we headed over to Mardeen's for dinner.
Me and my cute boy!  He is growing up so fast!
 Another random shot by James
 Leslie and her 3 boys
Mardeen with Lori with her oldest boy Colby and her twin girls Grace and Lauren.
My cute sister in law Amelia with her daughter Mylee
Tucker is sitting up all by himself now.  It's crazy how it literally happened over night!

When Tucker gets tired he gets slap happy for about 5 minutes before his breakdown.  Uncle Randy was really getting him going!

James and his cute mom!  I really have the best in laws!  Everyone is so shocked at how well we all get along.  James is the youngest of 7...yes 7...and all 14 adults get along great.  Pretty amazing I must say!  She is an amazing woman for raising 7 great kids (which gave her 26 grandkids).  I am so grateful for the great man James is and it is mostly because of this woman!

Why do I wait so long??

Well, I waited too long once again.  It's going to be another picture overload of my baby. So, if you don't want to see pics of Tucker, just disregard this post.  But if you do...get ready!

James and I decided to attempt the zoo one day.  We didn't realize until after we had already left that it looked a little rainy.  But, since James and I seem to NEVER have a day off together anymore, we thought it's now or never. Luckily the 1 hour of that day that it didn't rain, we were at the zoo!  It was great!  Tucker was all bundled in this cute bear outfit his Aunt Leslie and Uncle Tim gave him.  SO CUTE!
This pic of him was one of my favs!!  So ADORABLE!  He definitely has the Sailor cheeks=)
 My cute bear and me
 Bath time
He started eating solids right after his 4 month appointment and is doing awesome!  One good thing about my son is he is a GREAT eater...as you can see by his rolls.  He gives me this look after I feed him like, "You've been holding out on me!  Who needs a bottle when you have this fantastic stuff?!"
James' sister Leslie and her adorable family are going through a lot of big changes as of recently.  Tim got a job in Washington D.C. and so they are packing up and moving there.  So, their oldest son Dillan is staying here in Utah, their middle son Hunter is going off to college in Oregon and Tim, Leslie and Zach are moving to D.C.  We are going to miss them!!
This next picture I took of Tucker in his bouncer so you can see the back of his head.  It's definitely flat!  The poor guy is getting fitted for his helmet on Monday.  Wish us luck!
He LOVES his food! (notice his hair.  This was a couple days after his hair cut!  Much better!  Now he doesn't look like Alfalfa!)

Daddy is already getting him started on BYU.
He is getting so big.  He is sitting up so well!  (Notice the hair in this pic now. The Alfalfa is gone, but now the front grew SO fast!)
This is when I gave him the haircut.  This pic should have been a few pictures up.
After the haircut.  I love his bug eyes in this pic.  Deer in headlights.
BIG BOY!  He is officially 5 months old.  Crazy!
He is obviously VERY excited about it!
Sorry for the picture overload.  I will try not to wait so long in between posts next time. Hope you enjoyed=)
